Las Vegas Veterans Day Parade with Mayor Oscar Goodman

Americans across the country have in the past and present, to honor veterans who fought and died or are fighting for our country. This Veterans Day marks 90 years since the end of World War I in 1918. In Las Vegas, a city thousands of people gathered for the occasion with the largest Veterans Day parade in the nation to score. This year's parade in honor of the 50 soldiers wounded Warrior Project. The group collects money for wounded vets of the things they need to live a normal life after the war."I remember when I came back in the '60s, a very different view of the armed forces. But today is more support. Thank God it has about, why not send them to war and fight on, not from our support," said James Parsons. The parade on Tuesday, gave the mayor of Las Vegas Oscar Goodman claims made names of the 52 wounded warriors to march in a parade of heroes in the name of the city. There were many different faces in the audience - those who have served, those whowere injured and those who were there just to show their support. There were smiles and tears were there to parade this year, as hundreds of veterans were proud of 4th Street Tuesday morning. For many veterans it is something a lot of support who are not used, but are welcomed with open arms. All have different stories that all come from different backgrounds, but no matter which group they were bound by the Veteran's Parade, as their objective the protection of our country always...
